Ich ging in meiner Cheerios Uniform die Skateboard entlang. Eigentlich wollte ich zur Turnhalle, als ich ein Mädchen entdeckte, die mir bekannt vorkam. Ich zog eine Augenbraue hoch und musterte sie mehrmals auffällig.

Ich nießte ein weiteres mal, öffnete meine Augen und schob mich ein Stückchen weiter nach links, so, dass ich im Schatten saß. Ich schaute mich ruhig um und entdeckte Kitty. Sie musterte mich. Insgeheim musste ich grinsen, da sie mich ohne meine Cheerleader Uniform sicher nicht erkennen würde. Aber ich hatte sie, nachdem ich in einer langen Freistunde nach Hause gehen konnte, bekleckert und musste mich umziehen. Da all meine Uniformen in der Wäsche waren, hatte ich mir das hier übergezogen. - Ich war eben ein kleiner Tollpatsch.
Ich schaute sie auch an und war gespannt, was sie jetzt machen würde.

Als sie nießte, erschrack ich mich etwas. Ich beschloss, sie einfach mal anzusprechen. Ich ging langsamm auf sie zu. Ich musterte sie ein letztes mal, bevor ich sie dann ansprach: "Hi." Ich wirkte etwas misstrauisch. "Kennen wir uns?"

Ich ließ sie erst ausprechen, bevor ich antwortete. "Hi Kitty.", grinste ich. "Stell dir vor, dass ich eine Rote Cheerleader Uniform trage, dann erkennst du mich vielleicht." Ich sah sie abwartend an und zeigte ihr, sich neben mich zu setzten.

Ich setzte mich neben sie, jnd beobacjtete sie weiter. "Kate?" Ich fing an zu lachen. "Sorry, mit offenen Haaren siehst du so... unormal aus.", sagte ich etwas grinsend.

Ich stimmte in ihr Lachen ein. "Ja, Kate." Ich rutschte ein Stück weiter, damit sie genug Platz hatte. "Ich habe mich mal wieder beklecktert und musste mich umziehen. Bei der Gelegenheit habe ich gleich mal meine Haare geöfnet."
Ich sah ihre Trainingstasche. "Wolltest du gerade trainieren gehen oder verpasse ich mal wieder ein Cheerleader Treffen?", fragte ich sie.

"Oh." Ich legte meinen Kopf schief. 
Als sie rutschte, nutzte ich das aus und stellte meine Tasche ab.
"Aber du hast einen guten Geschmack.", sagte ich lächelnd. 
"Ähm ich wollte trainieren. Schlieslich bin ich vom 1. Cheerio auf den 2. Cheerio gerutscht -.-", sagte ich genervt.

"Oh, danke." Ich strahlte sie an. Zwar bekam ich dieses Kompliment öfter zu hören, aber ich freute mich trotzdem jedes mal wie ein kleines Kind. "Oh achso." Ich nickte. "Was?!" Plötzlich sah ich sie entsetzt an. "Welcher Trottel hat sich das denn überlegt?" Für mich war Kitty immer der perfekte Cheerleader gewesen, ich hätte sie gerne als Head Cheerio gesehen.

"Oder Sue halt, was ich aber nicht glaube." Ich verdrehte die Augen.
Ich sah auf den Boden. "Langsamm fühl ich mich verarscht. Ich trainiere wie keine andere, aber trozdem krieg ich von niemanden ein Kompliment. Und Quinn spielt doch auch nur mit mir. Zuerst bin ich eine der Cheerios ganz hinten,  dann komm ich ganz nachvorne, nach einem Tag bin ich aber wieder 6. Cheerio. Okey, ich hab mich hochgearbeitet zum 1. Cheerio, aber was bringt dass wenn seine ältere Schwester immer wieder besser ist als man selbst, und deshalb wieder 2. ist?"

"Sue? Auch Quatsch, die mag dich doch voll... Aber das Quinn so was macht." Ich machte ein Kunstpause und schüttelte entgeistert den Kopf. "Ich habe sie immer für fair gehalten, aber was sie getan hat war definitiv ziemlich fies." Ich tätschelte ihre Schulter. "Also ich habe bemerkt wie hart du trainierst, wirklich. Manchmal fühle ich mich ziemlich mies, weil ich selten trainiere." Ich biss mir auf die Lippe. "Dass deine Schwester 2. Cheerio ist, ist echt hart." Ich schüttelte wieder den Kopf. "Bei mir ist es aber ähnlich. Gegen Brittany bin ich so unbeweglich wie ein Brett und kann so gut tanzen wie ein Bär ... oder noch besser: Ein Nashorn." Ich schnaubte wütend. Ich konnte Kitty so gut verstehen.
