Manchmal fragte ich mich auch, ob ein paar von ihnen einen Psychologen hatten, denn manche hatten wirklich Aggressionsprobleme, wenn etwas nicht so lief, wie sie es wollten. Bridget find wieder an vom shoppen zu reden, was mich wieder zurück holte. "Haha, das kenn ich. Ich hab' immer einen leichten Schuh - und Taschentick." sagte ich leise kichernd.
So I guess we are who we are for a lot of reasons. And maybe we'll never know most of them. But even if we don't have the power to choose where we came from, we can still choose where we go from there. We can still do things. And we can try to feel okay about them.

Ich finde es ziemlich unnötig, aber manche Menschen können wohl einfach nicht anders." Als sie nochmals fragte, ob ich ein Cheerio sei, nickt eich bloß grinsend. Als sie anfing vom shoppen zu reden lächelte ich begeistert. "Ich kann es mir schon richtig vorstellen." sagte ich grinsend und lächelte Bridget dann an.

from Kasia on 02/16/2014 05:24 PMIch konnte mir ein Lachen nicht verkneifen, als sie versuchte meinen Namen auszusprechen. "Ach Quatsch, du bist besser als so mancher Lehrer." Sagte ich breit grinsend. "Mir ist es eigentlich egal, solange es nicht auf mich oder meine Freunde zurückfällt und sie oder ich im falschen Licht dastehen." Nachdem sie mir zugestimmt hatte, fragte sie mich, ob ich Lust hätte mal mit ihr shoppen zu gehen, was mich zum schmunzeln brachte. "Klar, wieso nicht. Ist bestimmt mal 'ne Abwechslung, als nur mit irgendwelchen Cheerios rumzulaufen."

from Kasia on 02/16/2014 05:14 PMIch nickte, als sie sagte, dass ich einen sehr besonderen Namen hätte und sie ihn noch nie gehört hatte. "Ja, liegt wohl daran, dass er aus Polen kommt. Eigentlich ist mein richtiger Name 'Katarzyna', aber ich glaube wenn die Lehrer den lesen oder sprechen würden, würden sie noch weniger als mit Kasia klarkommen. Ist schon deprimierend genug, dass ihn die meisten, wenn sie ihn lesen, so ausprechen wie er da steht und nicht so wie es eigentlich mit 'sch' beabsichtigt ist." Sagte ich leicht grinsend. Weiterhin aufmerksam hörte ich ihr zu und musste dann selbst auch etwas lachen. "Ja, ich weiß was du meinst. Stars sind einfach spannender." Dann sah ich zu dem Kleid, dass sie mir zeigte. "Das ist wirklich schön.." gab ich lächelnd zu.

Mein Blick glitt zu der Modezeitschrift in ihrer anderen Hand und ich begann leicht zu grinsen. "Und, wie ist sie? Ich hab' überlegt sie mir auch zu holen." Sagte ich schmunzenld.

from Kasia on 02/16/2014 04:55 PMIch lief nun schon eine Weile einfach nur rum um meinen Gedanken freien Lauf zu lassen. Irgendwann kam ich zu den Grünanlagen und sah mich um. Es waren kaum Schüler hier, was zu einer angenehmen Stille führte. Immer noch in Gedanken versunken setzte ich mich neben ein Mädchen auf die Bank. Erst als ich mich erneut umsah, kam mir der Gedanke, dass hier jemand sitzen könnte. "Oh, tut mir leid. Ich hab' gar nicht gefragt, ob der Platz noch frei ist." Meinte ich entschuldigend und lächelte sie schief an.
